Oak Farm Vineyards is getting quite a track record for this “proof of microclimates” wine, grown no where near the ocean but maintaining a sea inspired vibe thanks to soils, temperatures and proximity to a river. Mixed citrus, stony minerality and a faint saline note make this a tasty, refreshing glass of wine that’s hard to put down, but easy to empty.
