To write a description of this wine is to perhaps make it sound like the stereotypical oaky Napa Chardonnay – yet it isn’t. Yes, it is creamy with lots of rounded apple and vanilla flavors, but it also is balanced with some bitters around the edges, hints of tannins and a crisp finish — the overall effect being one of a satiny, full-bodied wine that is delicious.
