Padrino Viengracia’s Tempranillo doesn’t give any clues as to the specific origin within Spain, which is unusual for a wine that’s this good. This shows the elegant side of what the grape can do, leading with soft violet aromas and following through with layered cherry, blueberry and pepper. The rounded texture makes this ready to enjoy now, and a little acid pop in the finish will keep you coming back for more. Nice!
