The earthy side of the variety is on full display here, with a snoot full o’dirt starting the proceedings, and finding its way to the palate and carrying all the way through. That’s not to say that there isn’t pleasant cherry fruit, soft oak toast and warming brown spice, but the earthy elements hold sway – for fans, this is a great thing, and I I am certainly among the fan base.
