Here’s a flavorful red that will match any red meat occasion and will make it through the cheese course as well. Black, red and blue bases are all covered, and they are driven home by moderately grippy tannins that keep the flavors pushing. This reminds me of early days offerings from Paraduxx – in a good way. Contains 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Zinfandel, 10% Petit Verdot, 6% Petite Sirah, 6% Syrah, 4% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec.
