Often this wine has Zinfandel taking the lead, but for 2021 the team opts for the Cabernet in front, and it shows itself to be a fine choice aromatically and on the palate. The full result is one that comes of like an old school California Cabernet — think field blend style where a little bit of everything is in play. Tasty! Contains 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Zinfandel, 13% Malbec, 10% Merlot, 6% Syrah and 5% Petite Sirah.
