Will Coombsville become Napa Valley’s best place to grow Cabernet Franc? This one is excellent – supple, yet with a lot of muscle. It features blackberry and chocolate flavor notes balanced by savory tannins that recall walnuts. Like many young wines, a few hours of airing will help round off any out-of-the-bottle roughness.
