Penner-Ash, Eola-Amity Hills (Oregon) Pinot Noir 2015

Dec 6, 2017

By Robert Whitley

This darkly fruited Pinot Noir from the Zena Crown Vineyard is bigger and bolder than most other Penner-Ash Pinots from the 2015 vintage. The flavor profile trends toward black fruits, massively layered, with long, slightly chewy tannins. Sit on this one another two to three years and it will really shine, though it drinks just fine for the near-term.
