Polished and elegant, with plenty of ripe fruit character, this expressive red blend from Washington state is well balanced and has a nicely focused finish. This is one of the many, many fine wines that Swiss born vintner Jean-Francois Pellet has been turning out at Pepper Bridge. A blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.
