This powerful, persistent wine shows its Paso Robles origin in its sheer ripeness, which lends just a hint of raisining and a suggestion of heat in the finish, and yet these characteristics aren’t off-putting in the least. Blackberry and cassis fruit notes are very appealing, with a rich, powerful, port-like blast of flavor showing in the finish. Platinum award winner at the San Diego International Wine Competition.
