2010 was a big year in Tuscany, and this wine shows a depth that’s rare at this price. Blackberry, blueberry, sage, pepper, lavender and wildflower aromas translate well on the palate, with a firm structure suggesting some age-ability. The second worthy import from Foley Family that I’ve tasted in as many weeks.
