This blend of Sangiovese and Merlot is a food friendly, drink-it-now wine with enough grip and acidity to take some saucy food on as a pairing partner. Aromas of cherry, moderate oak char and wild flowers translate well on the palate, finishing long and dry without becoming astringent. A solid value.
