Dark and purple wine that caresses the palate with its soft, lush texture and almost subliminal whispers of plums, berries, and delicate spice. This is a wine that will enhance any meat-centric dish (one sniff and I’m yearning for a burger!) but it is also a fine match for tomato based pasta sauces and pizza.
