This is the most complex and compelling of Stéphane Aviron’s impressive cru Beaujolais bottlings from 2010, with compelling savory and mineral accents on a core of dark berry fruit. This is already delicious, but it is clearly built to improve over time, and will surely develop in positive ways for a minimum of five years.
