This winery continues to impress and remind us that Malbec is not the only success story in Argentina. Made from organically grown grapes, this wine is a 50-50 blend that is co-fermented using native yeasts. Aged 12 months in French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it shows more Grenache plum and berry in the aroma while the Syrah definitely takes over in the flavors and structure. From its dark color to ripe, lively berry and spice aromas, it fans out in the mouth with upfront black fruit, a hint of chocolate, dried herbs and spice. Well-balanced with a smooth finish.
