Otherwise known as Virua and widely planted in the Rioja and Navarra regions of Spain, Macabeo is the everyday white of northeastern Spain. The Quedarse, however, is a step up from every day, showing exquisite freshness, notes of yellow stone fruits and a slight essence of honeysuckle on the nose.
