Here is an elegant Pinot Noir with a nice price. It displays cherry, strawberry, dry earth, cardamom and sandalwood aromas that translate well into flavors, with a soft mouthfeel, balanced acidity and a long finish that emphasizes the spice notes. This easily fits in with wines costing twice as much. I’d pair it with roasted chicken or salmon.
