A Bordeaux blend that is heavy on Cabernet Sauvignon, velvety smooth with medium dark fruits – black raspberry and black cherries – that seem to develop in depth as it crosses the palate. It has notes of pencil lead and smooth tannins that make one guess, erroneously, that it is heavy in Cabernet Franc. The wine is just a step from being lean in the finish with some notes of minerality.
