This 100% Pinot Blanc Brut, made by the traditional method, is not what I expected – it’s better. The fruit is crisp with bright acidity and supporting limestone minerality, and is of such high quality that Rock Ferry uses an extremely low dosage of 2 grams per liter when finishing the wine after disgorging (which is undetectable and helps further highlight the wine’s natural acidity). This wine is clearly made for Blanc de Blanc wine lovers and is ready to enjoy today.
