Romain Collet grew up in a family that has been growing and tending wine grape vines in the Chablis region of Burgundy since the late 1700s. Perhaps it is no surprise that he made his first wine in the 2009 vintage at the age of 23. The wine is elegant crystal clear light golden yellow color and fresh with ripe, round apple citrus fruit. It is a delightful, youthful wine at three and a half years, and promises many more enjoyable years to come.
