Petite Arvine can be wonderfully fresh and exciting, as in this rendition, and even when there’s some residual sugar in the wine, the acidity can still be extremely energetic. The fruit profile here recalls barely-ripe tangerines, with a little juiciness that then gets cleaned up in the finish by a wave of zesty citrus acidity.
