This is a new release for Scharffenberger, and if you like your bubbly on the aggressive side you’ve found a new friend. It is very crisp and bright, with lively tart apple, pear, unripe strawberry and a bold zesty finish. It rides right up to the “edgy” line but doesn’t go over. A wine like this can run the tables from appetizers through the main course. Contains 36% Pinot Noir, 36% Pinot Meunier and 28% Pinot Gris.
