 This continues a long line of classic Sauvignon Blancs from winemaker Aron Weinkauf, who is clearly the mad scientist of the variety.  His meticulous attention to detail always brings a stylish wine out of each successive vintage, and his blending acumen shows again in marrying fruit from stainless steel barrels, French oak, amphora, ceramic and concrete into a comprehensive, complex and delicious wine.  Bravo!  Contains 2% Semillion.
