Surrau, Gallura DOCG (Sardinia, Italy) Vermentino “Limizzani” 2023 ($17, Dalla Terra)

Maybe it’s the winery or maybe it’s the terroir or a little of both, but this Vermentino as well as the 2022 Superiore from this producer both are showing very well. This one has racier green flavors of lime and other green fruits, good body and a creaminess in the finish.
