Winemaker Neil Collins strikes again with a rich, layered “Côtes” bottling. Viognier is out front here, showing bold honeysuckle and spice, with the nutty character of Marsanne right behind, and Roussanne knitting it all together, adding palate weight and texture. The finish is very long, and it is already very nicely integrated. That said, aging is always an option, and these turn into otherworldly beauties with some cellar time. As usual, nice work! Contains 34% Viognier, 31% Marsanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, 13% Roussanne and 2% Clairette.
