This is the winery’s standard bearer on the white side of production, showcasing winemaker Neil Collins’ blending acumen each year. I had a chance to taste several older vintages of this wine a few years ago, and it was a real treat. This vintage continues a long line of special wines that can be enjoyed young or old. It is very expressive aromatically – a Tablas Creek hallmark – showing white flowers, wax and mixed stone fruits. Bright acidity carries fresh white peach and stony mineral notes through a long finish. Gorgeous wine! Contains 33% Roussanne, 32% Grenache Blanc, 14% Picpoul Blanc, 8% Clairette Blanc, 8% Picardin and 5% Bourbolenc.
