Tablas Creek Vineyard, Paso Robles (Central Coast, California) 2023

 Here is a Rosé that is on the delicate side of the spectrum aromatically, with floral and soft strawberry and citrus scents.  All of that is followed by a bracing slap of flavor that will perk you right up with its tart, jazzy lemon and bay leaf flavors, bright acidity and refreshing finish that bring out the strawberry note.  If you’ve got the thirst, this will finish it off.  Contains 71% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 8% Vermentino and 1% Counoise.
