Yet another very amiable, very affordable, very food-friendly Pinot from Chile. The grapes are grown in the coldest section of Casablanca, an area characterized by the kind of wide temperature swings — from warm days to cool nights — that grapes like. Not a complex wine, its charm lies rather in being young, light and refreshing. It’s a nice red wine for summer: Chill it down and enjoy it during the upcoming warm-weather months.
