Bright and fresh, with vivacious acidity for balance and an invigorating cornucopia of summer and autumnal fruit flavors, this a beautiful example of a modern wine made with an ancient grape variety. It tastes new based on its clean character, but echoes something venerable in its seamless integration of disparate elements. Suffice it to say, though, that no wine made in antiquity tasted anything like it.
