Vibrant acidity is the most noticeable feature in this wine, which tastes of raspberries and has plenty of fruit sweetness. This is the only year Thomas George plans to make wine from this vineyard; owner Jeremy Baker bought the fruit because he’s still replanting some of his estate vineyards, but he says the Sonoma Coast is outside his focus.
