An absolute delight in an old vine Malbec, named for “the keeper of the winds” Aeolus of Greek mythology. Racy acidity carries concentrated blackberry, cherry, white pepper, savory meaty notes and well folded oak spice. Be sure to take time with the nose here — there is great layered depth here that you’ll want to enjoy to the full.
