A Bordeaux blend, it is a little leaner and a touch puckier in the finish than most Napa Valley red blends. It is granular in texture with black raspberry and dark cherry fruit, some barrel notes and a good amount of tannin. The 2021 Noisette Cuvee is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, and 9% Merlot.
