Winemaker Sofian Himeur is responsible for this charming pale golden pink wine made of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Refosco. It was fermented and aged in neutral oak, with 50% undergoing natural malolactic fermentation. Ripe peach, strawberry and raspberry aromas and flavors are juicy, bright with lively acidity. It is just the wine to chill and enjoy on a summer day and it has the structure to pair with a grilled white fish.
