This wine shows the heights to which Sauvignon Blanc can climb, displaying excellent complexity in aromas from citrus, chalky, mineral, to pink grapefruit and golden apple aromas. On the palate the wine expands with a zippy texture driven equally by a touch of CO2 reinforced by an energetic, dusty finish with floral notes lingering on the palate. Alcohol by volume is 14.5%.
