A beautiful expression of Chianti from the Classico zone, this wine exhibits dark cherry fruit flavors augmented by echoes of dry Tuscan dust and savory spice. Its complexity renders it especially compelling. There is plenty of acidity, making it a good candidate for cellaring as well as current drinking alongside pastas or other dishes featuring tomato-based sauces.
