This wine is everything you want in a Petite Sirah. Huge tannic structure, blackberry, blueberry, tar, brown spice, age-worthy acidity and a long finish that brings in a touch of tobacco. That said, it’s very approachable now with a little time in the glass, and it’s capable of improving over the next 15 years. Serve it up with wild game, or a big porterhouse. Contains 17% Merlot and 4% Syrah. A Platinum Award winner at the 2014 Sommelier Challenge.
