Paul Hobbs was one of the first to recognize Malbec’s potential in Mendoza as a premium wine, and he built his winery on this premise. This wine’s structure allows both the creamy red fruitiness to show as well as with its lean finish. It has a little less grip than its sibling from Luján de Cuyo but is at the same time more tannic, which will lead to long aging.
