One of three wines the winery produces from apples, and it’s a delight. Made from eighteen different apple varieties and one variety of pear. It comes off brut in style at 1% residual sugar, with a pretty spiced apple nose that translates nicely on the palate, with the pear speaking clearly as part of the blend. Yes, fine wine can be made of things other than grapes.
