Wakefield’s Jaraman Cab straddles two of South Australia’s finest appellations and the result is a sensational Cabernet that exhibits rich aromas of blackberry and red currant, with a strong note of eucalyptus and spice. The tannins are supple and sweet. On the mid-palate the wine is layered and complex, firmly structured and shows excellent persistence on the finish.
