Wakefield consistently delivers wines with true sense of place across multiple price points, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their lineup. Take this Cabernet — rich blackberry, black cherry and spice with signature Clare Valley eucalyptus and menthol notes that enhance rather than overwhelm. Add another winner to the list. (Note: Taylors is a family-owned winery in Australia; their wines are known as Wakefield in the US and Europe.)
