This Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is predictably bright and lively, yet it also offers a panoply of long-lasting, melt-in-your-mouth fruit flavors including mango, pineapple and lime zest. The wine’s rewarding finish shows a touch of salinity that invites one to go back for another sip. Serve it with oysters or lean white fish or something as simple as spaghetti doused with good olive oil and a shower of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
