Yatir, Judean Hills (Israel) 2016

Nov 6, 2019

By Marguerite Thomas

A vibrant and sophisticated blend of dark cherry and berry flavors, this fine red blend (76% Syrah, 12% Tannat, and 12% Malbec) from Israel is dry, and medium bodied.  The winery was founded in 2000 in the southern tip of Israel’s Judean Hills.  Enjoy Yatir Creek and contemplate the fact that wine has been made in this region for 2500 years.
