I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed previous vintages of this bottling, as I’ve been enjoying it since the 2010 vintage. I imagine what happened in the past is that I would stop writing and start enjoying when I got to it in my tasting lineup. There’s plenty to enjoy, including refreshing acidity and subtle mix of citrus, green bean and stony minerality, which are again present in the 2016 rendition. Enjoy on its own, or next to oysters with trimmings.
